About me
Sarah Thomas is currently a PGY-2 Internal Medicine Pharmacy Resident at Temple University School of Pharmacy. She previously completed her PGY-1 at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and received her PharmD degree from Rutgers University. Her career interests include transitions of care and ambulatory care.
